Hi and welcome! I am so glad you are open to taking a step many people are hesitant to start; a step that leads toward restoration, discovery, and ultimately flourishing. My name is Allee, and I am currently a licensed professional counselor associate and graduate from Denver Seminary with a Master's in Clinical Counseling. I believe that you are an agent of change, and my goal is to help you discover that, through challenging narratives, identifying strengths, processing trauma, and whole self integration.

 

I work with a variety of issues; however, my specific areas of clinical focus are couples, faith integration, trauma, relationship/attachment issues, body image/self-worth, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, spirituality, and women’s issues.

In my free time, I love working out, spending time with my husband and daughter, trying new restaurants with friends, and a cozy book.
