Pathways Restored Counseling

Walking alongside as you move toward greater freedom, life, and flourishing

There is a path forward & you can thrive.

Feeling overwhelmed, confused, or stuck? Let me pour you a cup of coffee or tea, and let’s talk about it.

In the words of David Kessler, “grief is really the change we didn’t want.” Grief over what the past wasn't, what the present isn't, or even what the future might be. A lot of what you may be carrying deserves to be processed, not pushed aside. Whether you’re walking through anxiety, relationship stress, betrayal, divorce, or a major life transition, there is space here for you.

I also offer walk & talk therapy for those who feel more at ease processing while moving and being outdoors.

about me.

Hi, I’m Allee.

I’m a counselor and founder of Pathways Restored Counseling. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not something sterile or intimidating, while utilizing evidence-backed interventions. My approach is relational, honest, and focused on helping you actually experience change, not just talk about it.

I work with families, couples, women, young adults, and teens navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, singleness, betrayal, divorce, and life transitions. I also support clients working through past trauma and am trained in approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, and somatic work, which means we’ll gently explore not just what’s happening but why it keeps showing up.

As a single mom, I understand how heavy life can feel at times, holding so much while still trying to show up for others. That perspective shapes the way I show up in the room: with empathy, steadiness, and zero expectation that you have it all together.

If faith is important to you, I’m happy to integrate that into our work as well. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Denver Seminary, and I approach that integration in a way that is thoughtful, respectful, and aligned with your values.

When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me running, trying a new hobby, spending time outdoors with my daughter, playing with my aunt’s ponies, traveling, or hosting friends.
